My role within AMS is to manage the Americas Facilities team across the region throughout 3 locations: Cleveland, OH, Monterrey, MX and Toronto, CA. As a Facilities Manager my goal is to ensure the smooth running of the AMS offices as well as supporting employees within the region as well as partnering with internal and external stakeholders, driving a high-performance culture across the teams paired with employee engagement. Furthermore, this position allows me to provide support to the Head of the Centre across the Cleveland operations, ensuring the center runs effectively and compliantly, is ready to receive new business, and is an inclusive and engaging environment supporting the development of our people.
