Assist with various HR consulting work with a heavy focus on compensation studies and The People Plan.(1) Conduct and calculate results for the annual WNY Compensation survey; comparing compensation and benefit levels over nearly 50 companies throughout Erie County.(2) Create company specific dashboards with key performance metrics based on marked compensation studies conducted off current company data.(3) Establish core values through use of The People Plan; identify and develop company organizational structure, develop accurate job descriptions for various positions, assess each employee fit within that role.
