I currently serve as the Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Government Affairs & Policy. In this role, I lead Mastercard’s strategic engagement with the U.S. government and partners with policymakers and stakeholders to advance policies that foster a secure digital economy and promote innovation across financial services. Before joining Mastercard, I served as a principal at Rich Feuer Anderson (RFA), where I specialized in shaping financial services policy and developing political strategy. Earlier in my career, I led Congressional advocacy and strategic engagement at a global payments company, and represented the National Association of Federal Credit Unions, advancing the interests of the credit union community at the federal level.My extensive public sector experience includes serving in senior roles in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, where I directed legislative portfolios spanning financial services, payments, and trade. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts from The George Washington University.
