ABOUT AMANDA CONNELLY STC.

I am an Executive Coach with more than 20 years of senior leadership and executive-level experience, partnering with C-suite leaders and leadership teams to navigate complexity, strengthen strategic capacity, and deliver sustained organizational impact. My work supports leaders operating in high-accountability environments where clarity, judgment, and alignment are essential to performance.I hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, earned by fewer than 4% of ICF-credentialed coaches worldwide, reflecting advanced coaching mastery, ethical rigor, and demonstrated effectiveness with senior executives. I also actively serve on the ICF Board, contributing to the stewardship of global coaching standards, ethics, and the future direction of the profession.My academic foundation includes a certification in Neuroscience for Business from MIT and a Master’s degree with a specialization in Change Management, equipping me to support leaders facing complex human, operational, and cultural dynamics. I have partnered with executives across healthcare, hospitality, oil and gas, technology, nonprofit, and financial services, often during periods of significant transformation.My coaching philosophy is grounded in strategic partnership, systems intelligence, and results.
