I’ve always been drawn to growth — not just revenue growth, but the kind that happens when the right people, ideas, and timing come together.Today, I get to do that as a Senior Director of Sales at Software Mind. I partner with technology executives who are under pressure to scale fast — without breaking their teams, their culture, or their roadmap. My role is simple in theory: help them expand engineering capacity and accelerate product development through strategic nearshore partnerships. In practice, it means listening closely, solving real problems, and helping leaders move forward with confidence.I’ve built my career around a partnership-first mindset. For me, success isn’t closing a deal — it’s seeing a client ship faster, modernize smarter, or unlock AI in a way that truly moves the business. Whether it’s digital transformation, R&D acceleration, or building high-performing engineering teams, I’m at my best when I’m helping companies grow without compromise.Before this chapter, I’ve led everything from orchestrating a Super Bowl ad campaign to securing key business partnerships. I’ve also made a full pivot from sales fulfillment into outbound sales — a move that reinforced something I’ve always believed: growth requires adaptability. That same drive led me to earn two Master’s degrees with a 4.0 GPA, because continuous learning fuels continuous impact.Outside of work, I love sharing what I’ve learned about sales with nonprofits and founders who are building meaningful missions. And at home, you’ll find me with my husband and toddler son, fitting in home gym workouts, reading fiction with a glass of red wine, or cheering (loudly) for the Philadelphia Eagles and Louisville Cardinals.Growth — in business and in life — is the throughline. I operate at the intersection of IT talent acquisition and strategic consulting, identifying critical talent gaps and deploying high-performing, culture-aligned Agile Team. This consultative approach is essential for organizations navigating digital transformation and systems modernization. At Software Mind, we go beyond traditional IT staff augmentation by offering rigorously vetted engineers in specialized domains like cloud native, AI solutions, DevOps and microservices architecture. Our custom-recruitment model is designed to save clients up to 1/3 the cost of a comparable US-based FTE while ensuring immediate access to high-caliber engineering talent and reducing time-to-hire by weeks.
