I offer clients in-depth strategic planning, financial oversight, and hands-on project management for property improvement plans, new builds or renovations with a keen focus on delivering projects on-budget and on-time.By example, I oversaw a $30 million capital renovation at Sheraton Bay Point Resort. The results led to the resort earning a Four-Diamond rating by the Travel Association, Marriott’s Full-Service Renovation Excellence Award, a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, and recognition as an internationally leading hotel and resort by US News and World Report.This value-add project involved steering the rebranding and repositioning of the resort and stabilizing its operations to make an attractive investment gain for my client. I played a critical role in facilitating the sale of this resort. which was acquired by BlueGreen Resorts.
