I’m a human-centered workforce strategist with over 20 years of experience across people leadership, inclusive hiring, high-volume and technical recruitment, and organizational design.As a biracial woman and proud member of the disability community, my work is informed by lived experience as much as professional practice. I’ve spent my career operating at the intersection of access, equity, and execution, helping organizations rethink how talent is identified, supported, and sustained.Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led and advised teams in technical and enterprise environments, driving inclusive recruitment strategies, employer engagement growth, and workforce programs that expand opportunity for equity-seeking and equity-deserving populations.I\'m focused on workforce navigation, accessible hiring systems, and system design that challenges traditional models of how people move through work.
