Contribute to development of recruiting metrics and analytics to help guide decision making, measure team productivity, and program ROI. • Ensure that all phases of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation of offers and reference and background checks are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and executed. • Create and launch an effective brand engagement plan that engages both employees and candidates alike to build brand credibility while partnering with Marketing to implement and lead strategic social recruitment strategies that encourage the use of social avenues such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. • Identify and recommend recruitment strategy for all assigned open positions and communicate strategy with hiring managers, leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to identify and recruit the very best candidates
