As Program Director for Georgetown’s Sports Industry Management (SIM) program, I’ve had the privilege of leading daily operations, supporting over 350 students, and advancing strategic initiatives that enhance the student experience. From academic advising and enrollment management to launching digital platforms and driving retention strategies, my work is grounded in student-centered leadership and cross-campus collaboration.I’ve built and advised the SIM Student Association, revamped key program processes, and developed scalable tools like the \"SIM Experience\" Canvas platform to better connect students to resources and opportunities. I also created a 550+ member alumni network to foster community and career connections.Beyond SIM, I serve on Georgetown’s Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Inclusion Council and was honored with the 2025 HOYA Honor Award by the Georgetown Women’s Alliance. My work reflects a commitment to building inclusive, effective, and empowering educational environments.
