I am a senior nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience advancing organizational strategy, sustainability, and community impact. As Director of Development and Stewardship at Birchway Niagara, I provide executive leadership in revenue strategy, stakeholder engagement, and long-term resource development to ensure the organization can deliver critical services to individuals and families affected by abuse.My professional development reflects a strong commitment to governance, leadership excellence, and continuous improvement. I hold the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation, a globally recognized credential demonstrating knowledge, ethics, and leadership in philanthropic practice. I completed the Non-Profit Leadership Development Program at the Goodman School of Business, the CAGP Original Gift Planning Course, the Purpose Driven Leadership Journey with Jon Duschinsky, and a Human Resources Management Course through Brock University in 2025. In 2021, I was honoured as one of Niagara’s 40 Under Forty in recognition of community leadership and professional achievement.Beyond my organizational role, I contribute to sector leadership and governance as a board member with the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, and as a previous Co-Chair of the Niagara Fundraisers Network. Through these roles, I advance strategic collaboration, ethical standards, and leadership development across the philanthropic and nonprofit sector.
