During her time employed in leading teaching hospitals in London and Manchester UK, she was accountable for organizing staff members and department schedules, ensuring all patients plans were accurately produced and on time. She held several roles in Medical physics and Brachytherapy, in addition to her role as an associate lecturer on the postgraduate Master’s Degree program. Amanda has had pivotal roles in large departments with high levels of accountability, where discretion is paramount and her excellent communication skills were key. Management responsibilities included employee selection, support and reviews. Driven by her desire to run her own company she left this field of work to set up Minkymoo Jewelry, an ecommerce business that she successfully established and ran for over 2 years. Having relocated to Princeton NJ Amanda became active in the community, with several roles on PPS PTOs, coaching for Girls on the Run, and becoming Co-President for Princeton Education Foundation where she was instrumental in recruiting new board members and in the planning and execution of the new PHS courtyard garden including the dedication brick fundraiser. She established Key Abode Llc and Signature Abode Llc, businesses for real estate rental, for which she is the company owner and Executive Director. Her passion for real estate and her love of project management and people enticed her to embark on a career as a real estate sales agent. Amanda is currently busy helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants fulfill their real estate dreams for Compass RE in Princeton NJ. She is a member of Mercer County Top Producers.
