With over two decades of industry experience, I have built and developed teams of technical writers and graphic designers, guiding them from execution to strategic thinking while managing complex, cross-functional documentation programs.My specialty is navigating complexity. My doctoral research at UCF examined how technical communication professionals navigate organizational complexity, workplace dynamics, and bias in software environments, and I bring that analytical lens directly into my practice.
