I am a seasoned technology risk and control professional with 13+ years of internal audit, IT external audit, risk management and regulatory relations experience within financial services and manufacturing industries. Professional focal points include relationship building, multi-layered professional collaboration, team leadership, executive coaching, audit planning and execution, training and professional development, policy development and implementation, data analytics, change management, and regulator reporting. Delivering optimal outcomes requires utilization of my effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as business acumen, systems analysis, technical expertise, project management and resource management. Currently, I am an Officer, Technology Regulatory Relations and Remediation with Wells Fargo. Under my leadership, I nurture productive relationships with regulatory partners at the OCC, FRB, and FDIC to help strengthen communications and interactions. I advise Senior Level Technology Executives on regulatory communications and interactions, and coordinate regulator ongoing supervision meetings, regulatory ad hoc meetings, and written requests. Additionally, I support Technology in the formal responses to and remediation of regulatory Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs). Assist the front line technologists in preparing and delivering remediation activities in an organized format which appropriately evidences successful remediation.
