Currently the TA Program Manager for the HQ Internship program; responsible for recruiting, programming and event planning. I oversee the sourcing and recruiting across a dozen departments; interacting with senior stakeholders at C, E, & Board levels. I manage reports by directing recruitment practices and shepherding their career development. Most recently, I implemented new technology into the recruitment process, decreasing time-to-fill by 70% and decreasing offer declines by 92% YoY. I increased underrepresented talent YoY through university & non-profit partnerships, and increased program success scores to 98% overall participant satisfaction.I am responsible for all summer programming and event planning, including orientation, weekly events and program-wide student projects. This season, I implemented new initiatives for program improvement based on data driven insights, such as fall recruitment, housing support, wage increase, req qualification and mentorship programs.
