   For the past four years, I led and scaled all non-engineering hiring at Moveworks. I played a key role in building and expanding the GTM team into what it is today, helping fuel the company’s acquisition by ServiceNow.(Marketing, PreSales, Sales, Professional Services, Enablement, Customer Success, Renewals, Partners, Operations, Implementation, Product and G&A business units)- Manage a full-cycle requisition workload while providing dotted line leadership, mentorship and coaching to 3–4 Senior Business Recruiters and 2 Sourcers- Recruit and interview Recruiters/Sourcers to scale the TA function and improve team capacity- Perform all Sr Recruiter responsibilities with expanded ownership of strategy, team mentorship, capacity planning and cross functional alignment.Moveworks acquired by ServiceNow December 2025
