I have worked in the clinical drug research industry for over 10 years. During that time I have gained extensive knowledge and experience at the site and CRO levels in Phase 1 through Phase 4 studies, incorporating all stages from site selection and initiation to database lock and close out. I have experience in Infectious Disease/Vaccines, Internal Medicine and Neurology with a focus on Covid-19, General Medicine, Rheumatology, Psychiatry, and Neurodegenerative disease (Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s). I have a passion for helping to create a healthier world and have received several awards recognizing my achievements in clinical operations and quality. As an Associate Clinical Lead, I lead and oversee the execution of clinical projects and research studies in accordance with global and local regulations to best meet customers needs while working towards organizational goals and strategies; help to manage the operational elements of clinical projects to deliver contracted clinical services to our customer’s satisfaction; and develop and maintain clinical project plans, account for subject recruitment, site management, data integrity, and ensure that the appropriate recruitment strategies are in place.
