She has represented clients across a range of sectors, including the information technology, telecommunications, consumer products, healthcare, financial services, and private equity industries. Amanda’s recent experience includes counseling a leading private equity firm in connection with its acquisition of one of the world’s largest quick service restaurant brands; advising a leading platform technology company, financial institution, and food and beverage company in connection with a variety of antitrust and competition concerns; and counseling a leading social media platform in a comprehensive review of its antitrust compliance program.
