About Amanda Wang Jie Wang
I am Amanda Wang, co-founder of Ningji. In 2021, we started with a tiny 3-square-meter shop in Changsha; today, Ningji has signed contracts for over stores globally and has received investment from top institutions such as ByteDance, Tencent, and Shunwei Capital.I believe the organization itself is the product. My drive for Ningji\'s global expansion is not merely to replicate a business, but to build a \"winning team\" capable of transcending cultural boundaries and reshaping global restaurant standards through co-creation.Over the past few years, I\'ve personally screened over resumes and interviewed tens of thousands of people.
