Amanda Voss is an enterprise commercial sales leader with more than 20 years of progressive leadership at MGM Resorts International, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales for Bellagio and Park MGM. She has led complex, multi-disciplinary commercial organizations responsible for more than $150 million in annual production revenue across two flagship luxury resorts.Known for driving both revenue performance and cultural transformation, Amanda has successfully guided large-scale openings, repositionings, and organizational integrations, including the launch of ARIA and Vdara and the transformation of Monte Carlo into Park MGM. She has strengthened profitability through improved catering margin strategies and unified convention and events operations.A nationally recognized industry leader, Amanda serves as Chair of the HSMAI Foundation and has received multiple honors including Smart Women in Meetings Hall of Fame. She is passionate about elevating commercial leadership, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of hospitality sales strategy.
