Dedicated to driving transformative initiatives and fostering innovation in higher education, I am a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in administrative roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at the UND Center for Innovation. Previously, as a University Innovation Alliance Fellow and Senior Project Manager at ASU, I spearhead high-impact projects aimed at advancing the institution\'s scaling mission. Through coaching and strategic guidance, I empowered program directors and unit leaders to navigate complex challenges and realize their strategic objectives. My role also involved securing and effectively managing substantial grant funding, facilitating multi-day Design Sprints, and overseeing the implementation of initiatives vital to student success, such as the ASU LIFT Initiative and Indigenous Student Success Workgroup.Driven by a passion for fostering inclusive environments and empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential, I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities for collaboration and impact.
