I also support Finance and IT transformation projects which have a direct impact on this experience.Furthering our vision of “bringing ideas to life” for customers, I work across functions and business units to provide insight and guidance to ensure we can develop a holistic and people (not process)-focused employee experience, continuing to disrupt ourselves and become future-ready while also delivering on short-term objectives.
