   Ashby ATS Implementation: Developed and ran UAT (30+ testers). Cutover and Data Migration: Managed Jobvite to Ashby historical and active record cutover data migration. Enablement: Produced Ashby Fundamentals training series deployed via Workday Learning for company-wide adoption, with day-one launch reporting and dashboards.• Built scalable reporting infrastructure including ATS user dashboards (i.e. Global Recruiter, Sourcer, Hiring Leader, Candidate Experience) through stakeholder collaboration with Talent leadership.• Executive Reporting: Developed and owned QBR reporting, aggregating and validating metrics across all business units with analyses on attainment, source of hire, and time-to-fill.
