For the past two years, I’ve served as a Real Estate Project Manager at Holman, leading complex capital improvement and development projects across our multi-building corporate campus and our national automotive retail portfolio. I specialize in delivering end-to-end project execution—aligning design intent, construction delivery, and business objectives to create high-performing, people-focused work environments.At Holman, I manage a diverse slate of initiatives including major corporate renovations, dealership refreshes and additions, EV-charging infrastructure programs, signage and paving projects, and sustainability-driven upgrades. My role includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, OEM partners, procurement, IT, and local jurisdictions to ensure scope clarity, budget control, and operational readiness. I’m known for driving projects with a balanced approach—strategic oversight, rigorous cost management, and a collaborative style that keeps stakeholders informed and aligned.Before joining Holman, I served as an Owner’s Representative with The Carlin Collaborative and previously represented developers in Philadelphia on new construction and redevelopment initiatives. Earlier in my career, I spent six years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Civil Engineer officer, leading design and construction efforts both stateside and during an overseas deployment Across every role, my guiding principles remain the same: build trust, communicate with clarity, solve problems proactively, and deliver projects that create long-term value for the business and the communities we serve.
