ABOUT AMANDA THORSON
I have dedicated more than 20 years to healthcare, beginning as a CNA in 2003 and advancing through roles as a TMA, LPN, and RN. Along the way, I earned my Master’s in Nursing Leadership and became dually licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Assisted Living Director (LALD).My early career in acute care shaped my foundation as a medical-surgical nurse, care management RN, nursing supervisor, mentor, and SANE examiner. Over time, I discovered my true passion in the senior services industry, where I focus on driving innovation, improving outcomes, and strengthening care models for residents and staff.I have presented at both state and national conferences and continue to collaborate with leaders across healthcare to advance the industry. My mission is simple: to serve others, lead with integrity, and create environments where residents and teams thrive
