   Hardware Decommission • Collaborate with partners on the development of the Decommission Transformation Strategy to drive automated, machine learning tooling and models, across a common data platform, for hardware decommissions to scale for future growth. Effectively reducing risk and developing prioritization of decomms to optimize business outcomes. • Manage Azure Compute Decommission Execution of approximately 600K servers annually, collaborating with Planning, Engineering Groups, and other major stakeholders to meet SLAs and drive process improvements to ensuring fleet health and supportability of Microsoft’s Cloud. • Drive discussions with Planning, Finance, and Engineering Groups for fiscal year decomm planning to ensure alignment with decomm drivers, warranty renewals, business inputs, and financial savings. • Manage hardware aging program to ensure aged hardware across entire Microsoft server fleet is being prioritized for decommission, working with stakeholders to burndown aging fleet, and establish SLA measure to drive progress across various services, therefore eliminating security and outage risks to the fleet.
