I advise multinational and Swedish clients on a wide range of employment law matters such as global restructurings and employment law aspects of transactions, business transfers etc, as well as workforce redesign projects, and individual recruiting matters and terminations of employment. I have experience of working on multinational employment law projects focusing on harmonization and local integration of global company structures as well as terms and conditions of employment for individual employees. I also support clients on employment law matters related to the Swedish implementation of the whistleblowing directive and all aspects of internal investigations regarding work environment issues, discrimination, and cases concerning sexual harassment and unfavorable treatment.
