Amanda Swor is Drenner Group’s Senior Project Manager. She represents owners and developers throughout the entitlement process including the management of zoning, site development permit, subdivision, vested rights and variance request cases. Amanda works with City Staff, Boards and Commissions, City Council, Environmental Groups and neighborhood associations throughout the development process. Additionally, she monitors policy changes and urban planning at the City of Austin and surrounding municipalities. Clients also contact her for assistance with City of Austin code interpretations and expediting of site development permits and subdivision permits through the City process.Amanda has worked with Steve Drenner for over 11 years and has worked on a variety of real estate projects including retail shopping centers, mixed-use projects, multi-family properties and planned unit developments. Amanda attended Texas State University where she played soccer and obtained a degree in Communication Studies. She is an Austin native and currently lives in Round Rock with her husband, Trey, and children, Caleb and Avery.
