Amanda is a retired law enforcement officer with over 26 years of service, where she devoted her career to building strong community partnerships and improving police crisis response. She played an instrumental role in developing and expanding crisis intervention efforts—helping law enforcement better support individuals experiencing behavioral health crises through training, collaboration, and compassion.After retiring from law enforcement, Amanda brought her experience and passion for service into the nonprofit world. She continues to focus on promoting mental health and wellness for first responders, her staff, and the communities she serves.Today, Amanda oversees community-based Crisis Mobile Teams across Arizona, Idaho, and Oklahoma.
