I work as a Program Administrator for The Access 2 card program.I assist in keeping a large database of client information organized so we are able to both support client questions and concerns and mail out physical cards in a timely manner. I have an in-depth knowledge of the working database and regularly work to enhance consistency across multiple users.I respond to both current and potential client questions and concerns by email and phone. I utilize mail merge in Microsoft Word to send multiple emails, when needed as well as create envelopes weekly.I utilize both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access on a daily basis
