About Amanda Simonini

I am a proud double falcon, a graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting with a Liberal Studies focus in Quantitative Perspectives and a Masters of Science in Accountancy with a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting. I am currently employed as a Senior Accounting Advisory Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting in the Boston office. I began taking introductory business courses in my freshman year of high school and developed a preference to the study of business. I continued studying accounting in my intermediate accounting courses at Bentley University, and further progressed to advanced level courses in my Masters program. During my time with Deloitte, I enhanced my leadership skills collaborating in several different team settings and had the opportunity to work on clients in several different industries. In my current role at CrossCountry, I have served in a Controller role and lead the refinement of the AP process, along with creating and maintaining reconciliations while overseeing the month end close process. I specialize in serving life science industry clients. I am extremely passionate about getting involved in and giving back to the community. During my time at Deloitte, I had the privilege of continuing my commitment to community service through my involvement in the Deloitte Academy program. Deloitte Academy focuses on mentoring high school students in business education, and I served as the Curriculum Lead for the past four years. I look forward to continuing this commitment in my role at CrossCountry. I have a passion for problem solving and helping others and strive to succeed in everything I am involved in.
