My passion lies in helping organisations maintain a healthy control environment, and my solid business skills enable me to lead and deliver successful IAs.My daily responsibilities include- Driving and leading the day-to-day execution of engagements across a range of IA activities- Delivering high-quality work for clients and taking full ownership of engagement outcomes- Contributing to proposals and client RFPs, structuring response documents, completing risk procedures, and assembling the right teams for each engagement- Serving as a coach and mentor, providing on-job training and constructive feedback to staff- Developing and maintaining positive, productive, and collaborative relationships with clients and project teams to ensure well-coordinated, high-performance results.I have delivered various engagements such as- Reviewing and helping to establish IA functions, creating IA plans, and managing both co-sourced and outsourced IA projects- Leading integrated, firm-wide approaches across Deals, Consulting, and IA to deliver comprehensive ESG reporting transformations, including governance, risk, controls, and IA- Performing external assessments of IA functions.My responsibilities extend to- Setting the strategic vision for the IA function and aligning IA priorities with organisational objectives- Leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement- Influencing senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive positive change and strengthen the organization’s risk and control environment- Overseeing the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary IA programmes and ensuring the function delivers measurable value to the business.
