   Dec 2016 — Present

   Plan, direct and execute the Traeger marketing events program, including all consumer-facing activations, trade shows, sales meetings, partnership activations, media events, and internal employee experiences- Manage event logistics & culinary execution to deliver over 1500 food experiences for groups as small as 2 up to at festivals & events across the country- Launched Shop Class, a live cooking class program, in 2016 and continue to oversee team that grows & executes program in-person at HQ & on a nationwide road tour. Implemented template to scale across international and domestic teams- Launched two separate virtual livestream programs starting in 2020, Shop Class: Private Table and Traeger Kitchen Live, successfully engaging with consumers during covid- Constant problem solving and creative thinking, diving into problems to get them resolved with short-term and long-term solutions- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency, recommending tools and processes to achieve goals effectively.
