Taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh\'s Award is a life-changing experience of young people as they discover their potential for adventure, leadership and teamwork. The DofE\'s balanced programme of activities helps to develop new skills and fitness and encourages young people to help others as well as taking responsibility for their own actions.My role in this inspirational charity is to work with existing and new supporters to show them how their money is making a huge difference to thousands of young people, especially those facing disadvantage who gain the most from the experiences the DofE offers.
