   In my role as a Legal Case Worker at The Key Program, I supervised and mentored nine teenagers, creating a structured and supportive environment for their growth. Through tailored behavior management strategies, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, I was able to support each individual’s progress, resulting in a 65% improvement in meeting treatment goals. I took great care to understand the unique needs of each client, developing and conducting daily social and life skills instruction, which increased peer interaction and communication efficiency by 50%.
