As an experienced Event Manager, I lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events—from intimate roadshows to large-scale user conferences, sales kickoffs, incentive trips, and beyond. I bring strategic oversight, creative vision, and operational excellence to every program I manage.I am well-versed in all aspects of event management, including client communication, venue sourcing, contract negotiation, budget management, production coordination, vendor relations, and cross-department collaboration.Core Responsibilities:Serve as the primary lead and owner for assigned events, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.Coordinate seamlessly across departments including Registration, Sponsorship, Air, Finance, IS, and Platform teams.Manage event budgets, invoicing, payment schedules, and cost savings tracking.Oversee overall program agenda and maintain consistent communication with internal teams and clients.Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and event plans.Lead all planning calls, client status updates, site walkthroughs, and post-event debriefs.Manage venues and logistics including room blocks, meeting space allocation, AV, internet, food & beverage, and other key services.Source, manage, and negotiate with vendors including DMCs, AV/production, entertainment, transportation, translation, and more.Oversee development of event branding and materials including agendas, signage, and conference guides.Lead site inspections, build itineraries, and maintain a proactive problem-solving approach on-site.
