ABOUT AMANDA ROGERS
Hello! My name is Ms. Amanda Faith Rogers. I am passionate about working in a positive, motivated environment that promotes upward growth of individuals living with disabilities and diverse needs. In my most recent position, I have served as a Clinical Research Assistant with the University of Michigan, Department of Psychiatry. Working as both a student and full-time professional at the University of North Georgia(UNG), I was able to assist in many capacities, this included serving as Coordinator of Student Disability Services, Diplomat for Diversity via the Multicultural Student Affairs Office, Resident Assistant, Mediation Team Member, Title IX/ADA Intern as well in leadership roles of multiple on campus committees and organizations. UNG also happens to be my alma mater (Fall class of 2017). Here, I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Certificate of Gerontology. I plan to pursue a healthcare and leadership orientated graduate program in the near future (beginning in the Summer 2020 semester). I am currently seeking new employment and internship opportunities.
