My role at Sky is to provide internal stakeholders with actionable insights using a variety of primary and secondary sources.As part of an in-house team, I work on all stages of a project’s lifecycle and across all parts of the business: brand; TV products and software; content; broadband; mobile; insurance; and customer service.Responsibilities and achievements- Lead and support on all stages of a project’s lifecycle including proposal, set up, fieldwork, analysis, reporting, and activation of insights- Continued building my knowledge of online and in-person Qualitative methodologies, including: online communities; diary studies; ethnography; in-depth interviews; focus groups; and workshops- Conduct Qualitative projects with a UX element, mainly using ethnography- Support the integration of AI tools within Qualitative Research. This includes testing AI chatbots as well as AI tools / features specifically for research.

Ever since I was a young child, people told me I was \'curious\' and always asking questions.At the age of seventeen, I utilised that curiosity in my apprenticeship in the Research team at ITV (the very ~first~ apprentice at that).Now I\'m an accomplished Researcher with 8 years of experience both client and agency-side - with a specialism in the Media.Whilst I\'m a Qualitative Researcher at heart, I have experience in both Qualitative and Quantitative techniques - including UX Research.I\'m a fierce advocate for Equal Rights, a firm believer in the benefits of apprenticeships, and a lover of volunteering.Oh, and I\'m a keen gardener and avid reader too!
