I’ve spent more than 20 years working alongside nonprofit leaders to help organizations strengthen fundraising, operations, and long-term sustainability. As a nonprofit executive myself, I’ve seen firsthand how complex the work can be—balancing mission, funding, programs, and community expectations. My work has always centered on helping mission-driven organizations build stronger systems, drive deeper engagement with donors, and diversify revenue so they can focus on what matters most: serving their communities.
