About Amanda Rae Ishii
Experienced Program Director (healthcare) and Entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of over 15 years working in the healthcare industry. Additional skills in affiliate marketing, program development, nonprofit, content writing and social media marketing. I founded Kaizen Sports Management, LLC in 2022 to connect athletes to professional opportunities, creative branding, professional training and facilities. Kaizen is the Japanese word to describe a philosophy about discipline: “continuous improvement”; even if it’s only 1% every day. I have played professionally overseas and in Southern California, competing in three women\'s professional leagues. I also am passionate about Philanthropy as I have combined my nonprofit, The Mango House with Pay Aloha Forward to enrich the lives of impoverished communities in the Philippines by building community centers, basketball courts, outreach programs, donating school and medical supplies and much more. When I am not playing basketball or looking for my next adventure, I make an effort to spend time with my service dog and reach out to other patients like myself to offer support and inspiration in my journey with chronic illness.
