ABOUT AMANDA PULLEY

I am a trauma-informed consultant, trainer, and Brainspotting coach with more than a decade of experience in the anti-trafficking and victim advocacy field. My work spans across multiple states and agencies, where I partner with organizations, law enforcement, and direct service providers to strengthen policies, design effective curriculum, and support survivors with compassion and innovation.As both a professional and a survivor, I bring a unique perspective that blends lived experience with evidence-based expertise. I believe deeply that healing is possible for every person, and I approach every project with the conviction that survivors deserve the highest level of care and support.My professional journey has included:Developing programs and trauma-informed training for counter-trafficking organizations.Consulting with agencies on program design, policies, and survivor-centered practices.Providing Brainspotting coaching to survivors of complex trauma, helping them trust their own brains and embrace healing.Equipping advocates, social workers, and law enforcement to respond with skill, integrity, and compassion.At the core of my work is this belief: healing is not linear, but it is always possible. My role is to help providers and survivors alike trust the journey, trust the brain, and discover pathways toward resilience and freedom.
