After building my career in the social care sector — supporting vulnerable adults and children as a Manager and Regional Manager — I dedicated many years to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My background, experience, and qualifications were deeply rooted in social care, and it was truly my life’s work.When life required me to completely re‑skill and step into a new industry, it became one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever faced. But through determination and resilience, I embraced change, overcame setbacks, and came out stronger. Today, I’m proud of the professional journey I\'ve taken — both in care and beyond — and the barriers I’ve pushed through along the way.Above all, my greatest achievement is being a mother to two incredible children and a grandmother to three wonderful grandsons. Both of my children followed their dreams and achieved their ideal careers, while also building strong qualifications and skills to support their futures. Watching them thrive is my proudest success.
