ABOUT AMANDA POE
I am the Director of Human Resources for Cardinal Services and a member of Cardinal’s Operations Management Team. I lead the Cardinal\'s Human Resources Team to proactively train business owners in the fundamentals of human resources; my specialty is helping companies find responsible and cost-effective solutions to their tough human resource challenges. During my 11-year tenure at Cardinal, I have been the recipient of the Cardinal Teamwork Award and the Cardinal Core Values Award. I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a member of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Team. I am currently serving on the Board of Directors for Oregon Coast Community Action (ORCCA) and was recently honored with the Community Action Vision & Values Award for 2018. I currently the Chapter President for the Oregon Employer Council of the South Coast (OECSC) where I am responsible for organizing the Council\'s community outreach workshops and seminars. I enjoy being active in our local community.
