Oversee recruitment, generating 100+ applications and 30+ teams across four cohorts. Manage application review process, guest speaker selection, and business coach engagement. Secured program renewal with $200K+ in funding from the New York State Dairy Promotion Order in 2023.• Northeast USDA Regional Food Business Center (NERFBC) Community Hub: Collaborated with CREA’s director of Food and Ag Initiatives and the USDA’s NERFBC core leadership team to develop a virtual resource hub. Managed creation of directory of technical assistance providers serving the region and an online business and professional development curriculum for food producers and services providers, enhancing capacity building and network coordination.• Northeastern Dairy Product Innovation Competition: Spearheaded this inaugural competition supporting food innovators and small farms in scaling value-added dairy products from prototype to next-level funding. Partnered with marketing team to drive promotional efforts, generating 50+ applications nationwide. Recruited dairy specialists and industry leaders as reviewers, mentors, and judges. Designed and managed a 10-week accelerator program, culminating in an in-person pitch session event.
