The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for the company operations and the coordination and implementation of employee engagement events and projects. This role is to enhance the new employee integration along with enhancing the overall experience of employees within the company and to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and business unit leaders to ensure individual employee expectations are met. By understanding the expectations of employees, develop and implement initiatives that contribute to a positive experience during an employee’s lifecycle. This role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience. The business operations activities include managing special projects, IT support, and office management.
