The Global Scaled Partnerships team exists to empower and support creators from around the world who have built meaningful followings through the Meta family of apps and services. As a Program Operations Manager, I design, launch, and streamline the operational workflows across our Global Scaled Partnership Programs. Drove lead-gen efforts for creator recruitment across IG, FB, and Whatsapp partnership programs and events. Co-designed and launched multiple global programs, distributing over $26M in grants and ad credits to partners across 40+ countries, including community leaders, nonprofits, and creators. Developed comprehensive internal playbooks for Funding, Partner Support, and Compliance workflows, enhancing efficiency across Health, Community, Creators, and Social Impact initiatives. Cultivated strong relationships with internal teams (Legal, Global Policy) and external vendors to ensure alignment on key decisions and operations. Established frameworks for program operations that reduced privacy approval and vetting timelines by 50%. Spearheaded tooling improvements for centralized program launch approvals, collaborating with UXR and Privacy teams to address pain points.
