I am an Asheville-based property adjuster who enjoys the challenge of complex claims—the ones that require deep investigation and a steady hand. My experience covers the full lifecycle of residential and commercial losses, including high-value properties and total loss fires.I specialize in navigating the technical side of the industry, from creating defensible Xactimate estimates to managing files through mediation and litigation. I’ve successfully handled exposures exceeding collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders to reach fair resolutions even in high-stakes environments.I believe that claim adjusting is as much about people as it is about policy. My goal is to combine technical accuracy with a genuine, human approach to help policyholders navigate their toughest days.Currently, I’m building on my field experience by pursuing my Senior Claims Law Adjuster (SCLA) designation to further my expertise in the legal and operational side of claims.When I’m not on an inspection, I’m likely fostering the tiniest neonatal kittens, proudly giving them the life and love they deserve.
