Lead at Bury Council, delivering the homeless strategy and developing the 2026 on wards strategy, Implemented and lead the Rough Sleepers Service, Private Rented Service and Asylum and Immigration Service. Directly responsible for Domestic Abuse and Data reporting. Support with the operational management of Homelessness, Temporary accommodation and Housing Options.Implement/step up/contract manage all commissioned Services and programmes for Homelessness including, ABEN provision, CAS3, ARAP programme, RSAP project, Safe Accommodation Worker, RTOF programme, Family Leasing Scheme, MH navigator contract. Procure, commission and acquire properties and service for ending rough sleeping and homelessness. Lead on accessing suitable and safe temporary accommodation. Previously Managed Rochdale Youth Service and have a 20 years experience and knowledge of working with young people, families and complex adults. Previously developed community projects within Manchester and have previously implemented Peer mentoring projects. Worked with prisons/youth offending and probation.
