   Set strategy for one of the most well-respected public media organizations in the country and the largest membership organization in Colorado. Responsible for leading this $25 million/year dual-licensee public media station that employs 120 full-time associates across seven multimedia brands, Rocky Mountain PBS, RMPBS KIDS, RMPBS World, RMPBS Create, KUVO Jazz Radio, and THE DROP. Provide executive leadership for our statewide network with Regional Innovation Centers in five cities around the state in addition to the network hub in downtown Denver. Over the last six years, RMPM has successfully completed a $35 million capital campaign to build (on time and on budget) the Buell Public Media Center, a hub for collaboration and innovation that brings together over a dozen journalism organizations to make news and information more accessible to all Coloradans; restructured the organization to better support RMPM\'s future goals and digital transformation; increased overall operating revenue by 50%; launched one of the country\'s first urban alternative (Hip Hop/R&B) format radio stations in public media; and embarked upon an innovative long-term strategy to transform public media membership through user-centered design, engaged journalism, and community listening that expands audience and public trust.
