For Ringle, I instruct Korean students in developing their English language skills by tailoring each lesson to the student’s specific needs. The Korean students I teach are learning English as their second language. In this position, I communicate with various age-groups to give proper instruction on how to improve their English fluency, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. I offer in-depth feedback of their performance and give suggestions on ways to improve to sound more fluent and natural. This opportunity has allowed me to grow in my appreciation for the Korean culture and communicate with different ethnic backgrounds.
