Many companies depend on vehicles to carry out their daily business operations but lack the resources to manage their fleet internally. Our goal is to provide outsourced fleet management solutions and reduce their total cost of ownership for their fleet of vehicles. We develop partnerships with businesses, organizations, and municipalities in North Carolina that operate 20 or more vehicles. We analyze holding costs and cost saving opportunities in all areas of fleet operations. We manage the entire process from vehicle acquisition and funding to managing the costs of fuel, maintenance, and insurance, to maximizing returns from resale. I work with business owners and top executives to create customized fleet strategies and provide proactive planning that support their specific financial and operational objectives. Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM) is the largest privately-held, full-service company-vehicle consulting firm in the world. Our decentralized structure allows us to provide the personalized service and accountability of a small business, while providing our clients the resources and buying power of a major corporation.
